Processing & Delivery

Our goal is always to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. Here's how it works: you place an order, we process it, then we ship it out. We aim for same day dispatch, but in some cases we'll send your order on the following business day, assuming the item you have ordered is available in stock.

You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Tracking your Order

When your order is shipped, you will receive and e-mail with your tracking number. If you can't see/find your tracking number, holla' at our team at support@meshehair and we'll help.

Important things to note

A complete and accurate delivery address is essential.

We are unable to revise the shipping address once your order has been prepared for shipment. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer immediately for a correction.

If you happen to input the wrong address, please send us an email immediately of your order number and the amended shipping address and can change it for you.

If an order is subject to review due to a suspicion of fraud, delivery may be delayed and/or canceled.
