30 Night Return & Refunds
We love our products and our goal is to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. All returns must be processed within 30 nights of receiving your order. Once we receive the products and given they are returned within 30 nights of purchase we will then process your refund. For more information on the returns process, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 night timeframe, please reach out to our support team for help. Please include your order number in the subject field along with your request.
Change of Mind
We want you to love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind you can return your jar of joy. The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
Due to hygiene reasons if the product has been opened and used we will not be able to issue a return.
Please note: the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of a return and this is non-refundable. We also encourage you to use a trackable service as lost returns cannot be compensated for.
