Shampoo your hair as normal, ideally using a sulfate-free shampoo. Scoop out as much cream as you desire and apply to towel-dried hair and brush through with our detangler. Leave for 10-15 minutes then rinse out thoroughly. For dry hair, use 2-3 times a week, for normal hair, 1-2 times a week and for oily hair just once a week.

Yes, definitely! You should always use shampoo before applying the mask. Sulphate-free shampoos are best (sulphates are known to dry out your hair). As for conditioner, you don't need it! Our mask will replace your conditioner, keeping your hair fresh & nourished.

For extreme moisture, we recommend using the mask 2-3 times a week - or leaving the mask in your hair for an hour or more. If you want a intense dose of goodness, you can leave the mask in overnight. To finish your hair, we suggest using a serum for the ends of your hair to help really seal moisture.

An e-mail with an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that was given when completing the order. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam folder. 

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before you receive the order confirmation. If you have checked your spam mail and waited 24 hours and still did not receive the confirmation e-mail, we recommend you to contact us so we may investigate this for you.

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. We will send your tracking number via email. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status.

If you can't find your tracking number just contact us and we can provide it for you!

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier and let us know so we can also investigate this for you.

If we have a high demand of purchases, shipping may be delayed. However, we provide full transparency if this occurs and will keep you posted via email. Shipping delays are a rare case, and we pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service and communication. 

Our warehouse will process your order as fast as possible. We aim for same day dispatch, but in some cases will send your order on the following business day, assuming the item you have ordered is available in stock. You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. 

Please note, orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday. In addition, we do not ship on public holidays.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to update an incorrect shipping address. Can't contain your excitement? Please be patient, sis! Typically, it takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed so you may expect a shipping confirmation email within that time frame! Be sure to check your junk/spam mail as it may have ended there as well.

Returns & Refunds

We love our products and our goal is to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. All returns must be processed within 30 nights of receiving your order. Once we receive the products and given they are returned within 30 nights of purchase we will then process your refund. For more information on the returns process, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 night timeframe, please reach out to our support team for help. Please include your order number in the subject field along with your request.

You have the right to return one or several products for a refund within 14 days after receiving your order. If you wish to return or exchange your order, please send it back to us and we will handle your return as soon as possible. 

Before you return your order for a refund, please make sure that below is equal to the product you return:

    • The product is in the same condition as when it was received.
    • The product is in their original containers with labels intact and protective sticker 

If you would like to return a product, please reach out to our support staff. They will outline the steps to complete a return so it's a hassle-free process for you.

Refunds generally take 14 days to process. If you have not yet received your refund, please contact us for a status update.

We want you to love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind you can return your jar of joy. The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Due to hygiene reasons if the product has been opened and used we will not be able to issue a return.

Please note: the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of a return and this is non-refundable. We also encourage you to use a trackable service as lost returns cannot be compensated for.
